JOHNSTOWN, PA USA – August 31, 2021 – UMF Medical, a leading manufacturer of innovative exam tables and procedure chairs, recently announced the promotion of Kelcy Harrison to Assistant Controller for the company.
In her new role, Harrison, an accounting and business professional, is responsible for all facets of the general ledger and payroll, as well as assisting the CFO with financial reporting and human resources management at UMF Medical.

Having diligently cultivated her career at UMF Medical since 2014, Harrison joined the UMF Medical team as an intern in the Accounting & Finance Department prior to her graduation from University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown (UPJ). Upon earning her Bachelor’s in Business in 2016, she was immediately awarded a full-time position as an Accounting Representative for UMF Medical. Over time, her knowledge and skills evolved into various promotions and roles within the organization, leading to her current position as Assistant Controller.

According to Krivus, Harrison, a Cambria County, PA native, is a “UMF Medical rising star.” She was a University and Presidential Scholar at UPJ. Graduating with a 4.0 GPA, she was a member of the Dean’s List each semester, and earned the James V. and Concetta M. Saly Accounting Award, among others.
